“My package took way longer to arrive than it should have, but that's not the local post offices fault. The reason for the five star review is the local service. I called from out of town with no tracking number and even told the very pleasant lady the wrong date that the package was sent out. She still managed to track it down, called me back and told me what was going on with it. A couple days later she called to tell me the package would be arriving that day. I wish I would have caught her name. Excellent service.”

“I live in New Jersey now, but I mailed a birthday package for my brother from NJ to Oshkosh, something got mixed up and I guess the package never left NJ. I didn't realize until my brother said he hadn't received it and the website was not any help. I sent an email about it after hours not expecting a reply any time soon.
However, Sam from this location (I think), got back to me only a couple hours later and let me know they would look into it. Sam left me another message today saying they figured it out and was able to inform the NJ post office to send the package correctly. Sam's follow-up and detailed voicemail messages were much appreciated as I had missed the calls.
