“Very nice post office. Gayela is exceptional and goes beyond the call. I had arranged and paid for a P.O. Box easily enough, but wasn’t receiving any mail. I finally inquired about any mail or packages because I was expecting some very time sensitive mail. Gayela took the extra step to investigate and found that although my paperwork was all in order and in their binder, my name was never assigned to my box and it continued to be blocked. I so appreciate her help in getting it all straightened out. I will be sending an email to Amber the Post Mistress regarding this. Accolades to Gayela!!!”
