“I had bought a defective alternator and the staff at this location not only gave me a replacement alternator but also provided the tools to change it out in the parking lot. “I was told by another service shop I needed a new air bag shock for my truck. They said mine had a hole in it. They could hear air when they filled it up. Apperently they didn't actually look at it. Called CMK to see if they had one. Since other place said you had to buy 2 new ones. He had one that he thought would work. When he went under the truck to see if it would, we found that only the air line had a hole on it. He could have sold me new bag, but instead cut the line and fixed it for no charge. Great experience.”

“The service Josh, at the Wis Rapids auto center, gave me was so exceptional I just have to tell people. While two other employees stood talking to each other they let Josh take care of three people waiting for info. I was in to order a certain set of tires since Consumer Reports had recommended them. I was concerned about our budget but wanted very good tires. Josh took the time to direct me to a full set that was on the Black Friday Sale for a third of the price. He also showed me their rating. I am so thankful for an honest, polite, helpful employee. The other two employees could take lessons from him. They appeared to be higher ups.”

Before I left the store he made he even gave me an extra seal for the water line to ensure I had what I needed to repair my toilet. If I lived closer it would be my go to store for rv needs.”
