“About two years ago my husband and I purchased a house that was built in 1895. Everyone constantly told us to knock it down and start over. Instead, we gutted the house to the bones and began our renovations. My husband and I are not carpenter's and have minimal construction experience. Between our family and friends we have gained so much growth and expertise over the last couple years. The staff at the Home Depot are ALWAYS happy to see us and go out of their way to make sure we're getting exactly what we need. There have been many cases where we can be needy due to our lack of knowledge in so many areas. We have always been treated kindly and with great respect by the Home Depot staff. When going to other retail stores it seems like employees avoid eye contact as a way to get out of work. The selection of materials is fantastic, and ordering online is easy. I work less than a mile from the Home Depot, so it has become common practice to go there during my lunch breaks a couple times a month to pick more supplies up for our project. Often I will now look at the app to find what I need in advance to expedite the trip, if I need assistance someone is always ready and happy to help. The lines are never an issue because the Home Depot is well staffed. I have yet to have a poor experience and recommend the Home Depot to anyone!”
