Joe who works in the shop is about the nicest guy you could ever meet! I carried in my camper tires along with my old wheels with the old tires on them. He apologized for the wheels being so dirty and he said, no problem, I will clean them up for you!
I used to work in a shop mounting and balancing tires and doing oil changes so I know this job very well.
I can tell Joe knows what he's doing because the new tires were mounted on the wheels properly with the valve stem indicator painted circle on the tire lining up perfectly with the new valve stems.
He even kept my old metal valve stems and handed them back to me because I mentioned I had some new seals for them at home.
In my professional life I am a manager and I am constantly looking for people just like Joe!
If he was to work for me I couldn't make him a leader fast enough!
People like Joe are hard to come by these days!
