“I have always heard wonderful things about Withee Oil but had never gone there before. I was getting ready to purchase a slightly used vehicle when a friend recommended I take it to them to overlook before purchasing. I am usually quite shy in new environments and asking for help. I decided to brave it and ask these gentleman for help and I am so glad I did.
They were both so kind to me and treated me so well. They looked over the vehicle more than I expected they would. Their expertise gave me confidence with my upcoming purchase. I honestly felt like they treated me as though I were their daughter. Although, I was a complete stranger they helped me out tremendously and I can’t say enough about their kindness. They didn’t make me feel like I was interrupting their day or anything. I will be going back in the future for service needs. Their customer service is amazing and you can tell they have big hearts.
