“New to the Northwoods and decided last minute at final walk through that the carpets in the home we are closing on were awful. Finding last minute was a BIG ask. Not for Country Charm. Not only did they immediately call me back (while on vacation) they had me in their schedule in 2 days. They kept me in the loop on their arrivals, sent me pictures and videos of the end result. So very nice and accommodating. We know without a doubt who will get our business on all future floor care needs. 💯
TOP NOTCH from start to finish!”
“The owners are some of the nicest people in the Northwoods. I can't say enough about their beds and love the variety of decor. You could buy from the big box stores but you won't get the great customer service Murphy's provides. Support local!!!!”

“I had a jute and fabric front hall rug that needed cleaning. I don’t know how they did it, but it looks absolutely gorgeous after Country Charm Floor Care cleaned it!”
