“Like nearly every other pharmacy, they are short staffed, and people need to be aware of that and understanding. Yelling and becoming belligerent as I’ve witnessed only makes matters worse. When I’ve been calm and patient at this pharmacy, they’ve been very accommodating and helpful to me in return, going above and beyond to help me with issues on two separate occasions. You can see that they are doing all that they can to keep up behind the pharmacy counter.”
