“My wife took her Honda Pilot to Caliber and they did a GREAT job on her tailgate. It looks brand new. The staff was courteous and helpful. We had to take the car in twice because one of the parts wasn't in, but it was no big deal. Highly recommend them to anyone in near Casper.”

“It has been a couple of months, and I waited to review so I could see the work in different lighting conditions...blind in right eye and need "corrective lenses" to qualify for my driver's license. At this point I have to say that the work performed was flawless! Literally my Tundra truck looks brand new! The work consisted of 8-years of little dings and dongs and the driver's side rear quarter needing significant repair. While the body damage was perfect so was the painting. To top it off, they were $200 less and took 8-days to complete, while the other bid wanted 3-weeks! To say they are recommended understates!”

“Bought their top of the line battery for my old Xterra that held up strong for about 5 years. In that time the vehicle was used from southern Texas to North Dakota. From 130 to -60 without any battery issues. After that vehicle sat around for the last year the battery was shot.Picked up a new battery and the old Xterra is back to life. The man at the store was very helpful and offered to grab the old battery so I wouldn't have to carry it.Great batteries and service. Thanks guys”

“My 2018 needed repairs after a dealership mishap. The estimate was done quickly, and repairs took a week less than the paperwork said it was going to. They also did better work than the dealership that I went to after a hit and run (out of state).Services: Body & Trim”

“Jason helped us the other day with finding the right low, high and turn signal bulbs for my car. He showed us different qualities lights and got us hooked up with everything we needed. Every time I’ve gone to this NAPA everyone is friendly and most helpful. I definitely recommend coming to this Napa for all your car or truck needs.”

“I really appreciate how today this mechanic manager/owner Eric took care of my car needing a new battery. He was professional & cordial, and even though initially I was a bit stressed out after my car was off the tow truck, Eric and his assistant were very mellow and kind. I would definitely recommend this shop, as Eric is knowledgeable and thorough, as well as reassuring about what truly needs fixing. Especially as a woman, I found it refreshing that he didn’t try to upsell a bunch of stuff that I didn’t need, he kept everything simple. This mechanic is patient and easy-going, who I will trust for my car’s needs in the future also. Plus, his shop is very spacious and you can tell just by looking around that these guys really enjoy working on cars and trucks. Thank you, "Dr. Eric"!Melody with the antique Toyota Camry”

“I'm working temporary in casper and had a small accident. I asked around who does the best body work and paint. I was told pro tec. I know body work and it came out fantastic. If you care about what your car looks like then bring it to pro tec, you won't be sorry”

“Steven was amazing! He was so helpful and honest. I hate going to car dealerships usually as a woman because in the past I feel like dealers haven’t taken me seriously. That was not the case with Steven! I would recommend him highly!!”

“I took my 2002 VW Cabrio to get serviced and they did a great job. I didn’t know the service history when I bought it and Farley’s looked it over, did and oil change, and a couple of other things for me. I will be using them again!”

“This place has the best customer service hands down.I had a rental car that I got chummy with a curb with and dented and scratched the passenger side(completely my fault btw). I wanted to get an idea on damage and see how much it would be to get a repair before contacting my insurance company and before taking it back to the rental co. The rental representative had told me that they would not use damaged vehicles, and that I would be liable for covering that loss. The employees at Prazma took time out of their day to help me right away. They surveyed the vehicle pointing out things that had already been repaired. I can't thank them enough for that. While I can't speak to the quality of work they do, I can't imagine that somebody who would take the time to do this for a stranger, who offered nothing in return, would do shoddy work. When I move up here next month I already have a body shop picked out.”

“Second Wind performed some tuning on my truck recently, and the entire experience was excellent and easy to work through. Steve and his staff were incredibly helpful in educating me on the additions that I had made to the truck, and I will now exclusively take my RAM to them for any mechanical needs that I have.”

“Lyhn was very helpful in finding the correct bulb for burned out brake light and giving us instruction/helping hand on how to change it. All staff were very courteous and efficient. Part was in stock and quickly found.”

“The entire attitude of this place has changed. In the 6 years I've been in Casper. Clean office and workspace. The yard has always been decently organized. And the office and yard guys are good to work with. Salvage yards are typically going to get my business if they have the parts I need, but it's definitely a pleasant surprise when it's an efficient and friendly experience!”

“I haven't been to Advance Auto Parts in about 5 yrs. But I did look it up on Google. From what I remember of this place is they have a good setup there, last time I was there they had the exact replacement part I needed, at a fair price”

“Steven was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went hoping to look at a used vehicle and he was able to get us a new one for the same price. Our experience was the best and we would buy from him again. Cory was also very helpful with all the final paperwork.”

“I cannot ever express the amount of appreciation I have for every person who was working today. They were patient with me. Walked me through everything I needed to. Helped me figure out exactly what I needed to fix down to the T. I had gone to east side auto zone earlier and they brushed me off. Didn’t really care about what I was saying or needed. They did not care and ended up pushing me out the door so I could stop bugging them. These guys were more than happy to help me out because I know absolutely nothing about cars and they didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. Thank you guys so much:,) you’re amazing”

“By far one of the best parts departments I've visited! I had the pleasure of talking to, I believe Josh, he was friendly and very knowledgeable! He is a great asset to your company! I would highly recommend the parts department in Casper Wyoming!”

“If I ever get hit again, there is no question in my mind I am going to RR/C Collison. Chris was amazingly clear in communicating, thorough, and very timely on the repair. They dealt with the insurance for me overall or as much as they could. They had to cut and weld a new body section of the truck together to complete the repair correctly. The repair looked like it was seriously off the Toyota assembly line. They use factory manuals to disassemble and reassemble, so nothing was out of place. And everything functioned as if should after all was done. And the Paint was flawless and blended perfectly.Services: Painting”

“We were looking for a new car for over six months, knew the car we wanted, but either were looking at a $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 markup (nope!), no supply on the lot, or dealers who were visibly uninterested in making an effort to sell us the car we wanted to buy out here in sunny Los Angeles.Fed up with the lack of local options, my son called at least 16 dealerships in four States and finally found the exact KIA we wanted in stock at MSRP (that's no markup, folks!) at White's Mountain KIA, in Casper, Wyoming. Wyoming---?! What the---?!!! All I knew from Wyoming was The Devil's Tower from Close Encounters and Cheyenne Mountain military facility from a million-and-one end-of-the-world movies...Hmmmm.Honestly, I was reluctant to have to deal with an out-of-state vehicle purchase, far, far away, but Taylor, our salesman at White's Mountain KIA, was pure awesome: he talked us through it all, went over and reviewed the details, was responsive, knew the product, took the time to answer our questions (even the repeat questions!), and put no pressure on us. In short, he was an absolute straight shooter, and everything you want out of someone selling you a car!!We discussed the logistics of a 1600 mile trip to get the car, and yeah, like I said, I was a little nervous... Once we agreed to the details, over a few phone calls, Taylor, and the F&I guy, Cory (also an absolutely solid, stand up guy!), worked with us to complete about 80% of the process over the phone and computer. The remainder we would finish in person at the dealership. Taylor met us at the airport in Casper with our vehicle... He explained many of the features of our new car on the drive back to the dealership. There, we finished up the paperwork with Cory in about two hours. And in case you are wondering --- as I was --- there were no last minute "whammies" or any surprises or "gotcha's". The pricing and all details on the finalized paperwork we were signing matched everything that we had discussed and agreed to prior to heading out to Wyoming, which, by the way, was truly beautiful to behold! With the final paperwork completed, Taylor took us back out to the vehicle, and knowing we had a long drive home, again took his time to review the features of the vehicle, service, etc. etc. answering all of our questions big and small, showing a lot of patience and good will. We could absolutely tell that he took pride in his job, was great at it, and wanted us to have the best experience possible with our purchase. This level of service continued after our road trip home, as the California DMV, alas, does not make it easy (understatement) to register an out-of-State vehicle --- Taylor once again showed us his patience and professionality as he stuck with us through this, the toughest part of the process, working with us as well as a local WY company paid to help complete the CA registration process on behalf of ourselves and the dealership. He could easily have said, "So long, suckers!" and bailed on us at this point, but once again, was responsive, helpful, professional, and a man of his word. There were no shenanigans, no nonsense or games, just a good, honest transaction and professional follow-through. This was everything that you are supposed to get, but, unfortunately usually do not, when buying a car. Yep. We got all that and more from Taylor and team...Would I recommend buying a car 1600 miles away from White's Mountain KIA? Absolutely! We've already passed the word to others in our area who are also searching for a new car and hitting the same local-dealer obstacles that we did. Oh, yeah, and we love our new car!!Thanks a bunch to Taylor, Cory, and anyone else on the team at White's Mountain KIA who helped with our purchase! You rock!!!!PS I know five star ratings can appear bogus, but given how happy we were with the transaction and a situation with so many moving parts, we really felt that we had to go with a full five stars!!”
