“This place is the best. I was about 50 miles north of Casper and got a rock chip about the size of a quarter in the very large windshield on my RV. I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible so it didn’t spread before I got home. We called ahead and they said, “Bring it on in.” Not only did they do a perfect job, but they did it quickly and got us back on the road. I can’t say enough about these guys. Nice crew there and Casper is lucky to have a shop like this in town.”
“After Josh the manager and TJ Assistant Manager helped me for hours trying to decide on what tire would be best for my vehicle. Alot of debate, I finally decided on the Falken Wildpeak Trail, I'm very difficult to deal with and they both were very patient and their work ethic and professionalism went over and above.
I will definitely purchase here for now on, and would suggest these guys .

“My truck was having issues with the air conditioner and they got me in right away and informed me that a valve needed replaced and probably a new compressor. I decided to just go with the valve first and see if it would fix it. It only partially did, so I rescheduled to get the compressor changed out. They did it today in record time and refilled the cooling agent. Now it will blow a steady 37 degrees cool. And at a very reasonable cost as well.
Fast forward to today August 24th. Had another issue with the ac last week. Car care got me in right away and found a pressure sensor that was shutting down the ac so it wouldn’t burn itself up.
Changed that and it working like a champ now.
I am once again pleased with their service.”
“Today, we were traveling from Denver area to Sheridan Wy when we received an alert from the Ford app that there may be an issue with our battery. I wanted to be sure there wasn't any issues so I stopped at O'Reilly to get the battery checked. They immediately identified that the cells were expanding due to the pressure from the acid. All caused by the age of the battery and the heat. After selling us a battery, they suggested we go across the street to have it changed. The O'Reilly clerk was worried that we might get acid on ourselves because off the condition of the battery.
We walked into Oil City DYNO at 4:53 pm (they close at 5pm) to ask if they could change our battery. Nick, without hesitation, came to look at the battery mount and assured us that he could get it done.
After retrieving some tools he replaced the battery and reset the truck system. They got us back on the road within minutes. It created OT for Nick. He didn't complain, gripe or it make us feel like he was inconvenienced.
Nick and Oil City DYNO made a potential delay into a little more than a long potty stop. Thank you guys for your time and professionalism!”

“Fantastic experience with Thomas Crawford Auto. I rolled in around 4pm on a drive from Montana to Colorado, my CV axle failed, and I barely made it into the shop. They got it on the lift right away, gave me a good estimate, worked with my mechanic back home to cover it on warranty (the part had been replaced a year prior). Gave me a ride to the local hotel which had a discount, and I was on the road by 10am the next morning. Made the best out of a potentially bad situation - I'm so thankful. Thank you so much for fast work and great customer service. If I lived local to Casper, this would definitely be my go-to shop.”

The receptionist today was unfriendly rude and made no effort to help or hear me out!
