“It has been a couple of months, and I waited to review so I could see the work in different lighting conditions...blind in right eye and need "corrective lenses" to qualify for my driver's license. At this point I have to say that the work performed was flawless! Literally my Tundra truck looks brand new! The work consisted of 8-years of little dings and dongs and the driver's side rear quarter needing significant repair. While the body damage was perfect so was the painting. To top it off, they were $200 less and took 8-days to complete, while the other bid wanted 3-weeks! To say they are recommended understates!”

“I really appreciate how today this mechanic manager/owner Eric took care of my car needing a new battery. He was professional & cordial, and even though initially I was a bit stressed out after my car was off the tow truck, Eric and his assistant were very mellow and kind. I would definitely recommend this shop, as Eric is knowledgeable and thorough, as well as reassuring about what truly needs fixing. Especially as a woman, I found it refreshing that he didn’t try to upsell a bunch of stuff that I didn’t need, he kept everything simple.This mechanic is patient and easy-going, who I will trust for my car’s needs in the future also. “This place has the best customer service hands down.I had a rental car that I got chummy with a curb with and dented and scratched the passenger side(completely my fault btw). I wanted to get an idea on damage and see how much it would be to get a repair before contacting my insurance company and before taking it back to the rental co. The rental representative had told me that they would not use damaged vehicles, and that I would be liable for covering that loss.The employees at Prazma took time out of their day to help me right away. They surveyed the vehicle pointing out things that had already been repaired. I can't thank them enough for that.While I can't speak to the quality of work they do, I can't imagine that somebody who would take the time to do this for a stranger, who offered nothing in return, would do shoddy work.When I move up here next month I already have a body shop picked out.”

From 130 to -60 without any battery issues.After that vehicle sat around for the last year the battery was shot.Picked up a new battery and the old Xterra is back to life.The man at the store was very helpful and offered to grab the old battery so I wouldn't have to carry it.Great batteries and service. “If I ever get hit again, there is no question in my mind I am going to RR/C Collison. Chris was amazingly clear in communicating, thorough, and very timely on the repair. They dealt with the insurance for me overall or as much as they could.They had to cut and weld a new body section of the truck together to complete the repair correctly. The repair looked like it was seriously off the Toyota assembly line. They use factory manuals to disassemble and reassemble, so nothing was out of place.
