“I just moved to Casper Wy and found the Nuvision branch here, I worked with Mrs. Amy Grussendorf, Relationship Manager. She kept me advised and updated on everything. I was even call by her after everything was done to make sure everything was going well. She even went out of her way to get an answer to my question I had and let me know the answer in just a few minutes. As it turned out Mrs. Grussendorf and the others there like Ms. Celie, a relationship specialist, who greets you upon entering with a smile and a great attitude of wiliness to help you as well. “Backstory: I've been receiving a lot of scam texts from "Wells Fargo" for about a year now, until today when "they" actually called. I've never banked with Wells Fargo, although after today, I would consider changing that. Concerned my information had been stolen, I tried to called the 1 800 number, which is useless unless you have an account number with them (to be fair I find most 1 800 numbers to be useless). Frustrated, I called this branch.This is where the Rave starts. Kat was the absolute best. When I called, she answered after only a ring or two. When I explained my situation to her, she was very friendly and quick to explain all of the scamming tactics going on with scammers using the Wells Fargo name.Even though I could tell she was sure it was a scam, she was quick to sense my hesitancy and scheduled an appointment for me to come in and talk with her. absolutely INCREDIBLE. Even knowing I was not one of their customers yet, she was so caring and treated me as if I had been banking with them my entire life.When I came in, the lady at the counter that checked me in was very friendly. I regret that I did not catch her name as well. Kat came out quick, took me to her office, and checked every possible place she could think to check to be sure no one had made an account in my name. She absolutely went above and beyond. Then she showed me some example scams vs. what they actually send out. She also gave me an email link to report my scam messages to.I'm sorry I wasted her time, but I am so thankful for her.”

“Bank of the West is a smaller national bank which may not have the same urgency tools as larger national banks. However, when I was going through a major private financial situation, they did an excellent job protecting my interests and have continued at the same level to this day. I've been banking with them for 16 years and they have provided top notch service even with the inconvenience of the hours. The only thing is their national 1-800 number does not have 24 hour service. But that's not reflective of the service you'll find at this Casper branch, which was my original bank.”

“I used to have my business banking account here but since they've closed the walk in part of the bank i decided to move my account to another bank. I really like US bank but i need to be able to walk into a bank to do business. It was really easy to close my account though and even during lunch there wasn't much of a wait time.”
