“My van broke down in casper last week, on the way to Colorado. No one in the area had the right part, so I decided to rent a car and pick it up in denver.
I arrived at the avis counter 30 minutes before opening. Since it was a Friday, a lot of the car rentals were booked out but Jack, who was working that day, was so incredibly nice and helpful! He opened the counter early and even gave me a lift to the other avis location in town, since they had more cars available there.
He saved me and the rest of my trip!
Would highly recommend!”
