“Just totally blown away by how accommodating and helpful they were! We had broken down in Douglas 45 minutes away and I was getting a ride early in the morning to Casper. They had the perfect vehicle for us ready and waiting when I got there and also was able to do a one-way rental, so I didn't have to figure out how I was going to get it back. I have tried other rental companies, but it is service like this that will keep me coming back to Enterprise!”

“My van broke down in casper last week, on the way to Colorado. No one in the area had the right part, so I decided to rent a car and pick it up in denver. I arrived at the avis counter 30 minutes before opening. Since it was a Friday, a lot of the car rentals were booked out but Jack, who was working that day, was so incredibly nice and helpful! He opened the counter early and even gave me a lift to the other avis location in town, since they had more cars available there. He saved me and the rest of my trip! Would highly recommend!”

“The staff at Natrona International Airport in Casper, Wyoming were exceptional, and the process was flawless. The vehicle worked as expected and we were given information on what to do if any issues arose during our trip. We rented an AWD Tahoe, but they had other options such as Wagoneers and Palisades (we required an SUV but they had other vehicles.) The airport is small and cars are right across the drive from the main doors. We drove up to the doors to unload the car, and the car rental counters are right inside the entrance doors.”

“We recently rented a car from the Casper, Wy Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Our car was reserved to be picked up on July 7, 2026. We were traveling with a Motorhome pulling a horse trailer with a horse inside. We were able to pull up in front and I got out to go get the rental. We were due at 12 noon but got there early. Eli Lopez was our agent. Even though we were early and he didn’t have the cars he needed, Eli recognized time was important with a horse waiting in trailer and was able to get us into a car and on our way. I just wanted to recognize Eli and the great customer skills he showed to me and for his kindness. I would very much rent from Enterprise again. Thank you Eli Lopez, Casper, Wy!”

“Thank you Nick. Saved our trip! After enterprise dropped the ball without even an apology. HERTZ was there to take good care of us. Fair price and happy to help. Very impressed. Good experience. So much so that I find the other negative reviews about this location unbelievable. Update: unfortunately they charged us an additional $200 for cleaning charges on the truck. It was dirty from a week of travel but nothing out of the ordinary. Very disappointed in the deceptive technique. Tried several times to get it removed but eventually gave up. Would have been a 5 star experience…more like 3.5 stars.”
