“So thankful for this location. Unfortunately I had prepaid for a rental at Budget rental car in Casper and the employee there was awful and long story short her misuse of the computer and running my card 3x for a deposit got my card shutdown and she told me "oh wellyou cant take the car you already paid for if you dont like it too bad. Get out!!!!" Luckily I made it to this ENTERPRISE location and I have decided I will never rent from another company other than Enterprise. This girl could see I was still shaking from my experience at Budget and got me in a needed car and down the road in no time. Thank you so much!!!”

“My partner and I ran into some bad news about our road trip vehicle on our way to Denver for a very important concert. With only 8 hours to figure out a backup plan and also drive the rest of the way there. In a panic I called in hopes of a smaller vehicle that wouldn’t totally break the bank. Hertz’ employee Brad was so nice to us and went out of his way to find us that small car as fast as a could and with an awesome rate and we just really can’t thank him enough. He made the check out so easy and quick and got us back on the road asap!”
