I'm confused by the negative reviews, the staff are kind and helpful. I have ran into a couple issues, but none that reflected the bank or the staff, standard bank issues. Thank you Mills Branch

I was only there for the escalators and I stayed there for the escalators

Tried both locations and found the ATMs to be somewhat antiquated and useless for deposits. Surprised at this for a major bank like First Interstate.
