I got a suit for my son he is skinny and tall it's difficult to find clothes for him. Customer service was good.

They store was awesome, Debbie was so kind and professional. They measured me for my suit and made sure it was just right. Best suit service iv ever had.

We may not have very many stores in our mall, but JCPenney is still a great store to shop, and great customer service keeps me coming back.
