“The employees are helpful with your shipping needs. It has been quite windy as of late, and an employee went outside, removed a sign that started moving dangerously close to my vehicle. She prevented an impact. I was impressed!?”

“Best FedEx spot in town. The staff has only ever been helpful, even when I bring them a problem rather than a simple, straightforward shipment. I know that when I bring my items here it's going to be a smooth process and that alleviates a lot of the hassle (and emotional stress ?) of trying to ship things. Many thanks to Trena, especially, for helping me out big time today.”

She goes above and beyond to make sure every package and delivery is correct and on time! They don't make professionals with integrity like hers anymore! Keep up the good work!”

“Traveling from Florida and tried “General Delivery” for the first time. Mistake I made was not having it mailed to main branch in Casper. Tara located my package, followed up and had it ready when I arrived. Thanks!”

“Lee was so kind and patient. Was there to pick up a letter that needed more postage, and he took the time to explain all the different criteria (a lot more than in thought) a letter needs to be paid with the regular amount of stamps. Very courteous! Great experience!”
