After a talk with Julian from TX and having delt with there customer service I have change my outlook on spectrum. I do still believe the price is insane especially when compared to fiberoptic cable internet but the customer service and support is pleasant.

I promise Derrick I'd leave him a wonderful review. The company isn't my favorite, BUT his customer service is worth my 5 stars. Was delightful to work with, and deserves a Christmas bonus for sure!
