“My cell phone account was hacked and my account was moved without my permission! I spent HOURS on the phone with AT&T customer service! I GOT NO HELP! NONE! I called the Caper store and Tyler helped me and he is a rock star. Tyler is super smart, knows all the things and even helped me out when I called a second time! Tyler needs a raise and his boss should know he stands out above the rest! Thanks Tyler for being amazing

“I was dealing with corporate for my business account. They lost our new phones and legit refused to help and told me “good luck”. I came in to the store after legal had to get involved. Tim the store manager was Jonny on the spot to assist. The first day I was in the store for 7.5 hours. The second day was only an hour as after I left the store Tim continued to work on the issue. The second day I went it was great, he had everything ready for me to get in and get out. I would highly recommend having Tim help you out!”

Let me start by saying Taybor (hope I spelled that correctly) was amazing and so helpful with all of our questions (which was A LOT).
We switched over from AT&T, after they gave us nothing but trouble, headaches & stress. We came in, and they helped us port over our service and all the little details in between with no trouble at all.
He was so patient with us.
I bought the Motorola Razor and he has a Razor as well so he was helping with other details I had no idea about!
I can't thank him enough and the other staff on how easy the process and what an amazing job they did for us.
They had excellent customer service.
I would not have gotten ANY of this great customer service at AT&T. I am so happy we switched to T-Mobile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Andrew was a dream to work with! He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. If he couldn't solve an issue, he found someone who could. Also , a shout out to Laurence who helped me two days earlier. Got to the root of the issue in a matter of minutes! You have a terrific staff at this Verizon center... hopefully I won't need to, but if a need arises, this is where I'll go!”
