Let me start by saying Taybor (hope I spelled that correctly) was amazing and so helpful with all of our questions (which was A LOT).
We switched over from AT&T, after they gave us nothing but trouble, headaches & stress. We came in, and they helped us port over our service and all the little details in between with no trouble at all.
He was so patient with us.
I bought the Motorola Razor and he has a Razor as well so he was helping with other details I had no idea about!
I can't thank him enough and the other staff on how easy the process and what an amazing job they did for us.
They had excellent customer service.

“Every employee at the Casper location were all rock stars! They were very helpful throughout their time helping us get my fiance switched over to Spectrum, trading in his phone for a new phone, and me trading mine in and getting a new phone. They got all of our data transferred seamlessly. Every single one of them that helped were outstanding. Great customer service, happy demeanors, and I really felt like they cared, making sure that everything transferred. When I did this a couple of years ago, I had the same experience. Love this Spectrum location!”
