I dropped off my camper on 27th October for a service of the heating system and also to repair some work that they had done on the wheel bearings the Caps fell off which means that they took the Caps off to see if there was Grease on the wheel bearings and still charged me for a full wheel bearing job 26th November I finally waited long enough for a phone call which I had called them several times throughout the month to find out the status of my vehicle absolute BS that it took this long for a simple check and to have stuff fixed no phone call as to what was wrong with it no phone call as to how much it cost absolutely the worst place I have ever been

I bought a brand new Onan generator from here. It was not running right (surging)right out of the box. They say because I didn’t buy the protection plan, they can’t replace it. I took it to Grables shop and they didn’t even look into the surging problem and said all Onan parts for this generator are back ordered and have no clue when they will come in. With that said, I am now without my brand new generator because it has to wait for parts. I paid $1200 for something I can’t use and don’t know when I can use it. Granted, they said I can borrow one for the time being, but that’s not the point. I paid for a brand new generator, and should be able to use my brand new generator. No compensation for a lemon of a machine or anything! A friend of mine told me I can go buy a Predator generator and take it back with no questions asked without a protection plan. I should’ve done that!!

Avoid camping world in general. Especially the Longmont location. Cheyenne location is almost just as bad. Custom service is garbage and lack of communication is just as bad of not worse. Not a single person who is employed with this nation wide company cares about anything other than getting your money. Once they get that it's a constant battle to get them to fulfill any they agree upon. Definitely the Walmart or camper and RV dealerships. Worst experience ever! Biggest regret is purchasing another camper from a different location hoping to get a different experience. But it seems failure is the company / industry standard.

So this has been a long time coming. I usually don't leave reviews, but I needed to. I'd give this 0 star. I have ran into multiple multiple problems. It first started off. With the process of purchasing our camber, we couldn't get approved anywhere, they said. And then once we brought in our own bank, they agreed would be able to get it suddenly, they had their own person and they're willing to work with us. We went to pick it up. You're supposed to be detailed and clean. We got into the camper and was dirty. He found dog hair kids toys. And even found a mouse living behind our couch, it had eaten into the wall a little bit and also food underneath their cabinets. That have been eaten by the mice, and I have pictures to prove of this and their way to fix it was by saying that they're going to repair the roof seal the under half. To prevent mice from getting in Endo, another detail. We gave it to them and and to get another detail cleaning done got it back dirtier than dirty, and it was still the same. We took it in to get solar panels put on, and we've been waiting on a door handle since June. That was part of our original deal, cuz. It was a safety hazard to drive down the road. With a door that can possibly fly open, that would not latch, took it in, and we paid over $2000 for them. To put 2 solar panels equal 400W, and somehow some way they imagined they only put one solar panel on, and I still did not have our door handle. Cause they ordered the wrong size. They said. And so we end up taking it back this week and was told it be done by end of day originally said, it'll be 1 day to put our one solar panel on that we already paid for and same with labor and our door handle it and we got told, oh, can you come pick it up Saturday Sunday or Monday? We live in our camper, fulltime now because My fiancé works for the air National Guard. And this is a temporary stay place, and it's no little camper. It's a 44 foot Jaco, north point point. I feel like I am really regretting that we got this. I fell in love with it at first sight. It had beautiful interior and everything. We got told it would be cleaned. And we've just had one problem with the next, they had it for about 5 hours and we went to go pick it up and we leave it at on hook heights from the truck that we use the only truck we use to TOE this and our jacks stop working and so we get them. Involved because it was in their possession, when the jacks broke and no one said anything, and they claimed that they did not move our jacks, even though we left them at unhooking. Height from the truck and they tell us it's gonna be about 500 bucks for the part. Because it's some electrical problem and they don't know if it's going to be covered underneath our extended warranty that we are paying for and also on top of that they were able to show us how to bypass it, so we did. We hooked it up. We drove it 10 minutes down the road to the R. V park, we're staying at with it. Want to unhook it and it broke the rest of the way and on top of that, we told them it either need to stay plugged in in order to keep everything on. Don't turn anything off 'cause our refrigerator had food in it. And I have lost, about $200 worth of meat and goods in my fridge because it was off. And I don't know if it was for 1 or 2 days and yes, Wyoming does get cold, but we asked them specifically not to turn anything off. Yes, I understand if you're working on it and you don't want to get shocked and turn it off, but turn it back on, if there is no safety hazard to turn it on or leave it plugged in. And if you cannot, you should make that person aware
So I do not suggest necessarily buying a camper because it was a struggle from the beginning. Don't get me wrong. There's little things I love about our camper. But I don't know if it was worth all the heartache and headache.I have from as many problems as I have had. And that, as I type this, I am currently waiting on a phone call

My rv was vandalized I contacted camping world to get repair, needless to say I should have mobile repair. Camping world quoted 450. To repair wires, yet when I went in there they doubled it. I would recommend using mobile rv repair. I would never recommend camping world

I recently sold my camper at Camping World in Cheyenne. The process was easy and efficient. And I feel like I received a fair amount for my camper. Curtis is the lead for buy back and consignment. He is fantastic to work and does a great job. 10 stars for Curtis. Thank you Camping World.

I visited Camping World in Cheyenne on a Sunday. I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior I witnessed!! The management was in the front office, which is all glass, throwing things around and yelling profanities. It felt like a circus, and I had my children with me, which was uncomfortable!!! If I am going to spend 30k it will be somewhere else. We turned around and walked out.

Don't believe anything they say, once you sign on the dotted line, evrtything they promised will not occur. They won't even teach you how to use the unit as advertised. They will not inspect the rv but will charge 2k for it. I bought a brand new unit and it was delivered with a load of issues. They are also responsible for putting your unit together. And they will cut every single corner causing lots of issues down the way. This location is the worst I have worked with.

WORST, Service & Sales!!! Service: Mason, Megan & Jim are nice, but the rest of the service department is clueless. We took our rig into them 4 times because of the auto jacks. They charged us hundreds $ and the never fixed it. We took it to another RV place in CO, it was our batteries running on low voltage causing them to freeze. Sales: My husband talked to Curtis on the phone & Curtis offered us $15K more for our rig for trade. We showed up there with our rig (cause that's easy, right?). Some old guy & some young kid, both very unprofessional, while they ran the numbers on our trade, they stick us with their brand-new salesperson, who was nice but knew nothing about their campers. Then, all 3 of them, old guy, young kid and new salesperson, low-ball offered us 21K for our $55-64K rig. Proceeded to tell us, they don't know how another RV place could offered us 45K as trade. The entire time we sat there; they blamed it on my husband for misunderstanding Curtis, who had left for the day. As if Curtis never made such an offer. Then the young kid, proceeded to show us some blank JD Power page with $21K on it. Insinuating that we should feel stupid, to think that our rig is worth any more than their low-ball offer. They never looked at our rig, didn't ask mileage, while it was sitting in their parking lot. We ended up trading our rig into Bish's for $45K trade value. We bought a beautiful brand-new rig for $82K, MSRP $115K. This is to school the new salesperson, who insisted Bish's was charging us full MSRP and not giving us a discount.

I had a terrible experience with Camping World in Cheyenne, Wyoming. They initially agreed to buy my RV, so I drove 2.5 hours to their location, expecting a smooth process. Upon arrival, I waited for over 2 hours for an inspection that was supposed to take only one hour. The inspector didn’t even know how to open the slides and had to ask me for help!
To make matters worse, the salesman freaked out over a few mouse droppings in an *outside* storage bin, which led the inspector to report my entire rig as being in poor condition. They ultimately refused to buy it, wasting my time and effort.
I ended up spending 5 hours driving, 2 hours waiting, and two full tanks of gas for nothing. I would not recommend doing business with these people. They are unprofessional and disorganized. Avoid them at all costs!

Brand new unit delivered with a bad Generator, and they tell me that they can’t warranty it, that your technicians don’t know how to work on the generators that they sold me, buy $100,000 toy hauler with no generator?
