Service was awful. Lady was rude from the moment I asked for help. When their system took 20 minutes to do what they claim takes 5 minutes she just shrugged and said it happens sometimes. Probably cause you didn’t do it right. I won’t come back again. I will be sure I go anywhere else instead of these rude people.

The woman Aly was very rude and crass. Very harrassing about what I was shipping. I ship multiple times per month if not per week with FedEx. I know exactly what can be shipped and can not be shipped.
