I wish I could do zero stars, I was a victim of reverse racism at this goodwill. I am not prejudice and have never been but the "ladies" at goodwill definitely are. I had been standing in line for quite some time waiting for both ladies behind the counter to finish with the one lady. once they were done, they completely ignored me and called a whole group of ladies of the same race over to the counter and opened up the other lane. They were clearly and deliberately dismissing me. When I asked why they called the other people over they told me I was on the wrong side of the line which is BS because there really wasn't a line. They were just people standing all around the counter, waiting to be next and I was standing in the same place I always said when I was waiting to check out at that Goodwill I asked to talk to the manager and she was the manager, so whatever kind of places are running here they shouldn't be.

I am a big Goodwill shopper and this one is disappointing. The prices are not Goodwill prices and some things I saw I could buy new for the same. I was impressed with the amount of boots & belts. I was just driving through Cheyenne and just wanted to check it out, but it won't be one of the stores I come back to.

Raquel is very rude. I would recommend doing give awayas at the other location and management really needs to retrain this employee. I had little girl clothes freshly cleaned. The way she spoke to me very rude.

The prices are nearly retail or above retail. I go to thrift stores for the adventure and to get items I can’t afford in retail. I love the mission to help others but without customers you don’t have a business. Another lady wanted a set of glasses the wanted $5 a glass that’s way above retail. I’m not going back! I’ll stick with the other good will in Cheyenne. The other lady said the same thing. So hope they get someone who knows how to price. I wanted a basket I could get for 12-15 at hobby lobby they wanted &20. Hope you see this nationway goodwill!

This Goodwill is a decent size always full of nifty items ? Everytime I've came to this location the employees have been extremely helpful and truly kind. Especially this one lady (didn't catch her name but will next time) who seems to always be working her butt-off. Thank you for making my shopping experience pleasant.

For being a supposed non profit organization they sure are extremely picky on what they will and won't take for donations. Had a load I tried to take of miscellaneous spring cleaning items that both locations in Cheyenne rejected. Only reason I was agitated is because the first one on Nationway told me they don't have room while the one on Dell Range said the age of the items is why. So instead I took it all to the dump where it's gonna sit in the landfill. I ever have any more donations I'm gonna take them to the Arc in Colorado.

I enjoy going to the goodwill and finding things for my family. However I really feel like they need to have better pricing signs. I always feel like I can never find one and then I feel like the employee knows the rules but customers don't. I read some reviews before I made my own. One 2 years ago with the same complaint of pricing on jeans not marked at a higher price but some are more because of the brand. Goodwill cometed on making better signs but they defiantly have not changed. It sucks that it's up to your employees discretion. Please make better signs or put rules on your website. Some people coming in are on a budget and figure what they have before walking up to the check out it could be super embarrassing when they don't have the extra money to pay for it.

I was there a month ago while visiting my son. I was pleasantly surprised because prices are so much lower here than where I live. The store was well organized and everyone was very nice.

It’s a Goodwill. Fortunately for you, it’s a Wyoming Goodwill, meaning you can be homeless, unemployed and still afford to shop here. I’ve found unopened Creative Moments scrapbooks here for $1-$3 before, next to new kids shoes for $2, and this Cheyenne location can’t be beat for bike prices. Staff has always been friendly with me and I love seeing their mission in action here, providing jobs to those who might otherwise not have one. Rock on, Goodwill.
