1st time visit after moving to Cheyenne. Lots of traffic given Christmas. Store looked neat and stocked. Needed to buy some earrings for my wife. Wonderful service and great prices. Will be back!

Purchased a coin sorter. It didn't work. I took it back, admittedly I didn't have the receipt. They couldn't find a record of the sale. They offered to refund 60% of the sale. We are looking for the receipt now. I also should note that finding a cashier is a challenge.

Ordered curbside pickup for black friday. Arrived and no one came to my car after check in. Went inside, and they got my package, but didn't know how to check it out. After 40 minutes, they gave me my item and said it was a register glitch. THE REASON WE ORDER CURB SIDE IS SO WE DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE. NOT STAND IN A STORE AND WATCH SOMEONE STRUGGLE TO RUN A REGISTER. COMPLETE JUNK GOING TO THE STORE. ONLINE ONLY FROM NOW ON.

Every once in a while, I will shop there, not as much as when the kids were little, but I hate being pressured by the cashier to get a JCP card. I had one years ago, n I don't want or need one now. So a simple No, shld end that discussion, but it doesn't, and sometimes I'm ready to walk away w/o my purchases. That's gotta stop.
