“Cheyenne Grease Monkey was there when i needed it. I knew my brakes were failing and wanted the car checked. GM tole the rear brakes were going and needed replacement. They were clear it would be a few hours to get parts for my older BMW. I couldn't spare the time but really appreciated their honesty and clarity about how long to get parts and that i still had enough brakes to make it till i did have a few hours and could get the parts to arrive before i did. Still got an oil change. Thx GM.”

“Took our car there and they let us know was not a repair they could do and would be a dealer issue. We did that and was under warranty. Use for routine maintenance. Took car today as thought brakes were going bad because rubbing sound. They checked and was some sort of particle of something rubbing, they corrected that, did free brake inspection, did not charge at all.”
“While it took longer than I expected, I also showed up a bit early. However the updates and keeping me informed of the status as well as just the welcoming personalities of the two at the front made this a pleasant experience. Haven't had great service from other Ken Garffs so this was a nice surprise.”

“My husband and I were headed to Sam's club from out of town when One of our tires went flat. We went to talk to Casey (Coach) in the auto center. We had purchased our tires previously from Walmart and had the road hazard warranty. Little did I know that the alignment was off and it was affecting the tire tread. He was not pushy but let us know it was not recommended to drive more than a certain distance with the little tread left on all the tires. Casey took care of us with four new tires and we were in and out of there within an hour and a half. Greg let us know he replaced four of the lug nuts and it was much appreciated! Casey also recommended a business close in location for an alignment. All in all, it might be worth the hour and a half drive to get our vehicle serviced at this location.
