The merchandise is geared toward a younger group, providing great finds and name brands at very inexpensive and reasonable prices. It is a great way to shop for those on a tight budget. Customers can also sell their clothes there. While they do not offer much when buying, which accounts for the low prices, the buyers are generally considered fair and typically purchase most items. The store provides a shopping experience where customers are not bothered. The staff, often described as nice teenage girls, may lack extensive training but demonstrate care and courage in their roles.
We normally find some deals. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The girls working are very rude. Not friendly at all. When you ask for a dressing room its a big inconvenience to them. Would get a 4 or 5 start from me if the staff was not so horrible.
