Decent supply of merchandise, they don't offer much when you sell to them as long as you're not looking to make a fortune selling used clothing they're great! Very inexpensive which would account for them not being able to offer much when they're buying. They clothing is geared toward a younger group but they have some really great finds perfect for those on a tight budget, great way to get name brands at affordable prices.

Every time I’ve been in here, the staff has been rude and unprofessional. I've only had one good experience while shopping, and it turned out that the person didn’t even work there. I’ve tried multiple times to drop off clothes (mainly jeans), but the offers I’ve received have been ridiculous (4$ for a pair of 60$ Miss Mes). I understand that pricing is set and not up to the individual employees, this is not the issue. What really bothers me is the consistently poor customer service and snotty attitudes from most, if not all, of the employees. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Used clothing that looks new! This is nothing like Goodwill, or any other thrift store. You still get to hunt for that special find, but don't have to worry about finding a stain or tear. Wonderful selection, and reasonable prices. I did spend about $45 on 5 items just to give you an idea. All for my teen daughter.

I took in 3 large bags of clothing and shoes. After eh, 30 mins, they said they were done and to come pick up. I went in and decided to look through the items they selected to keep. After the amount offered to me, I picked some clothing items out to take back home with me. The girl(s) working the register said not all my clothing they were wanting to keep and “pay” me for, was even in the computer system. That was 5 pairs of jeans, and they still had a full tote of my clothing they wanted, so if all that wasn’t all scanned, they were just planning on taking most of my clothing and not paying me for it? They were rude and catty about it. So I declined and took all my clothing back, after having to tell one girl that I seen her put a couple pairs of my jeans under the counter and not back in my bags for me.

Ive never had a nice experience here.
The staff are snobby and rude and unhelpful. They make extremely low ball offers on clothes I've brought in that are for sure in style and brand new. Yet they have SpongeBob and wakanda clothing
-_- let me also mention the most frustrating part, they DO NOT know how to correctly size clothing items there. AND everything they do take is for extremely petite young women or girls with the body of a 10 year old. The medium sizes and large / Xl are absolutely incorrect and it's a slap to the face feeling so insecure all the time thinking something fits because they size it incorrectly, or they never take any clothes that fit real average sized woman .
Ive never been so disappointed in a clothing store before . I hope they change management soon because they are going downhill. Do not waste your time or money there.

Absolutely terrible customer service, to the point that I wonder if it's store policy for their staff to be the way they are. They don't speak to you, don't ask if you need a dressing room, don't ask if you need to check out. You have to go to them, while they are in the middle of talking to each other and ignoring you. When you ask for help, they treat you like you're the inconvenience. No kind hello at the counter. It's a silent transaction. Super awkward and uncomfortable.
They have bags, but never offer you one. You have to ask for one, and when you do you get the side eye. Like excuse for me for spending $200 and not wanting to carry it all it in a loose pile.
As much I love a discount and cute clothes, that way they treat people cause me to avoid shopping there if I can.
