Seeing as the reviews reflect my own already I don't know how this might help some people but here's a warning anyways. Spectrum is trash, they add extra things to your bill without talking to you, they rarely ever fix a problem, their internet goes down once a week though cost more then other places, the "insurance" they offer covers nothing without you giving them more money. They all around don't care about their customers, only their wallets.. avoid spectrum at all cost

Complete rip off. Spectrum charges almost twice as much as other local internet companies for just mediocre internet and when you cancel the services, they still charge the entire amount for only 4 days of the billing period. Don’t use spectrum. Find a different internet company.

Customer service sucks the wait there is horrible the workers leave for lunch when there’s 13 people there waiting to get help and they are not really helpful or friendly

Would rate 0 if possible. Although my local shop has workers who want to and like to help, the company itself and business practices are straight up garbagio. Their call centers are the epitome of why people ABHOR phone trees and bots. A typical copy paste comment from the owner will probably appear just to remind you they're as useless as the bot systems they imploy. Do yourself a solid and avoid them at all costs. Don't worry, if you ever miss a payment due to being in the hospital they'll happily bill you for $700+, take payment and STILL deny you any service whatsoever even though you literally have physical and digital receipts while their billing department has no idea what to do so send you to tech support that's as useful as a fork for toilet paper. Spectrum is so trash, I genuinely wish the cancer would come back and win.

This review isn't particular to this store (local workers were actually helpful), mostly the phone centers for customer service. In general Spectrum has the worst customer service and knowledge of product I've ever dealt with. They'll cancel your service earlier than scheduled and then charge you just to turn it back on through the original date. If you call their customer service line, better call 5-7 times and get a cumulative answer because I've NEVER dealt with 1 singular person who actually knows what they're doing, even 'supervisors' that hopped on the call. Unbelievable amount of hours I've spent trying to accomplish the same thing over and over and it just never improves. "We're the cheapest, save money with us" at a massive cost to your time and mental health,

Nathan was amazing today with helping us switch over for mobile and setting us up with better wifi! I highly recommend visiting with him. Being in a sales rep service myself and noticing his skill, I'm very proud of him. Everything is running so much smoother now!! Thank you so much!!

Never received the speeds I paid for at any point during their service. Was up sold things I didn't need or want when I replaced devices at their suggestion to remedy this. They had issues with the word "no" when I was a paying customer. When I cancelled, it took thirty minutes of the woman trying to convince me to stay, even though they were told I already had another service provider, and had even more issues with the word "no". Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else.

The people who work there try to help, but the whole place is disorganized. People standing
for an hour, including me just to return a piece of equipment. Get things organized. Go see how Verizon handles people.

Spectrum mobile is amazing and so much cheaper than verizon. Better customer service, better deals non upgrades, better everything. Just like verizon, though, there can be long wait times in-store. We could use another location. Highly advise making an appointment.

Went into the Cheyenne store on Carlson today to get our internet going after a move. When we sold our home we called and asked to to go about this as our new home would not be ready for a couple months. They told us to pause our service. We then get a call from our realtor that the new owner cannot get their internet going because of ours. We called spectrum again and were told just cancel, we asked if we would get the same deal, yes we were told. Today the nice gal who helped me had to grab her manager to assist because she can’t “authorize” this. The manager comes up and has her nose in her phone and thoroughly annoyed she has to help. Tells me we can’t have that because we canceled and doesn’t even entertain what I am telling her. Beyond frustrating to go from paying $19.99 a month to $89.99 a month. Crooks.

I purchased a new phone. The S23 ultra. Grant S. Was fantastic. He went above and beyond service showing me how the phone works, specifically the camera which is why I wanted the phone. Your company is better because of Grant S. You need more like him in your store.
