“Great store! The guy was super helpful and he watched me walk a bit to see how my feet moved. I’ve always thought my ankles rolled in and he said the same thing. I got some shoes that help push my feet from the inside outward. I’ve never had a shoe fee that way (in a good way). I’ve always gone to big stores where they have that machine you step on and it tells you what shoe you need but all the shoes all feel the same. This shoe is very different and I look forward to walking better because of them :)”

“There are only 2 Sierra Trading Post stores in the whole state of Wyoming. I drive 2.5 hours to shop here in Cheyenne. Great store with excellent prices on top quality brands. They have tons of clothes from infants to adults sizes, pets, sports, camping, outdoor gear, and really nice home decor! I love this store and recommend visiting it, also checking it out online.”

I walked in the door and immediately someone helped me get what I needed, they were very kind and courteous and when I explained my situation they worked very quickly. “My review is regarding their customer service which to me is an important aspect of any company's brand. I have used Magpul for their PMAG magazines and never had an issue. Recently I bought a stock for my Beretta 1301. The stock came with instructions that were clear and easy to put the stock onto my 1301. It was after a day of shooting that this plastic piece that covers the nut holding the stock on had somehow came off. I did have a quick thought of throwing some electrical tape around the stocks pistol grip and leaving it at that. I decided to reach out to Magpul and see what they said. Melissa from customer service took my case (#264714) and confirmed the exact stock that I had. She sent me out a new part free of charge which I had in a week. The new piece snapped in with an audible click that I did not hear when I put the first piece in. I suspect her attention to detail in confirming the exact stock had something to do with that. At any rate, my issue was resolved with minimal problems and I don't forsee the same issue reoccurring. One thing I will say is with customer service like that, Magpul will be the choice between two brands for same part going forward. Thank you Magpul and nicely done Melissa!”

“I didn't catch the dude's name today, towards closing. But, on my receipt it says Cashier: S00697.It's not often I get customer service as organic and genuine as this individual was. He was holding down the fort solo (impressive). Checked in with us while he was tidying up the shelves at the same time. When I found a few things to purchase, dude broke away without delay.I enjoyed the small talk and jokes as we completed my transaction. His interaction was engaging! As he rang everything up, he'd point out that "we just got these in, I think they'll go fast" or complement me on my selection. His knowledge of the products was keen and apparent.This guy is just a cool dude. He is exactly the model of what folks that embrace the lifestyles showcased at Zumiez are. He represented the store well. I found myself having fun doing something as mundane as making a purchase!The store itself was well organized, clean, and tidy. It's fun to come in on occasion and see how the fashions evolve. Worthwhile to swing in to see what catches your eye.”
