Staff was mostly absent. Several times there wasn't anyone at the front desk. The AC in our room made a persistent scraping noise that cost us a night's sleep as we were traveling across country.

Rooms were decent, albeit small. Service was good, and breakfast is decent. My one big complaint is that the pool was too cold to enjoy.
