One of the few Hilton locations we stopped for the night in that everything worked. My digital key worked when I arrived and the room was well maintained.

Avoid this establishment. My last visit was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. The room was not clean, and there were obvious maintenance issues that should have been addressed. The noise from the hallway and other rooms was constant and made it impossible to get any sleep. When I tried to speak with the front desk, they were unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in my problems. I am a diamond member and have never had such a negative experience. There are much better options in Cheyenne. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Its a hotel room. The room was clean but there was mold in the shower and the fridge is only big enough for about 6 water bottles. Lots of construction workers so early morning door slamming competition is the norm.

Booked on Hilton App, Hilton Honors member , so try and book with Hilton. First time at a Tru Hilton Hotel......
GREAT STAFF, very efficient, pool and hot tub is very clean, great b'fast. Modern hotel with a lot of places to put your luggage, a lot of hooks to hang anything, in bedroom area and bathroom, very comfortable bed... GREAT SHOWER, SUPER CLEAN!!!
Would like to also mention that they post on a board at the hotel for places to see, eat, bars, places that have live music, artsy areas, historical sites etc...
Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you Tru Hilton for a great stay in Cheyenne, WY.

The front desk person was professional even through confusion.
My wife and I were roadtripping when she got nauseous, we called Hilton and tried to book a day room, everything was fine until we got to the hotel and they said they no longer do day rooms at any of their locations, we called corporate and the general manager and were unable to stay with them so the dust is the communication between corporate and the location, corporate made a deal that the location couldn’t keep but the front desk was able to defuse the situation well

Too many amenities to mention. Good breakfast, comfy beds, and pillow, even a water bottle filler station.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. Easy access to I-80. Pleasant staff, basic breakfast. Would stay here again.

Have stayed here a ton of times for work and vacations, the staff are always really friendly and helpful, breakfast is always good and the rooms are always tidy clean and modern, would recommend if needing to stay in the area

Manager was extremely rude after I’d talked to them 4 different times about the charges on my account. WORST experience with them would not book again.

Its ok. Nothing great, but nothing awful. Liked the pool table. Rooms are tiny. No closet. No coffee maker. Furniture is like something from Ikea.
