Was impressed with the service and attitude of the staff. Keyshawn helped us transfer a work phone to a personal account and it took some time. He was patient and kept a positive attitude the entire time. I’ll be sure to go back to this store!
3 month update: I have lowered from 5 star to 1. We have been through 3 billing cycles now and still do not have our fees right. We have been paying at least 2.5 x what has been agreed to, and somehow there’s new charges on the bill. Every time we go in to try and fix it nobody is able to, or even knows what to do. We leave with a “it’ll be fixed on your next statement.” They use to call this shameful practice a bait and switch.
