I went to the Verizon store yesterday for something that I thought would be a simple fix. Alyx was wonderful. My simple fix actually wasn't that simple. Alyx really took the time and listened to me and was very patient. I ended getting a new phone which I hadn't purchased a new phone in a very long time. Good job Alyx.
