I've been banking at Pinnacle Bank since 1999, and I am more than satisfied with the service I've received. Anytime there's been a minor issue (only one in all these years), I was directed through the right channels, and the problem was remedied immediately.

I absolutely love Pinnacle bank. My only complaint is charging someone $12 to replace a debit card. By far the absolute worst bank I've ever had was Wells Fargo. I do recommend trying Pinnacle bank. I've had alot less fraudlent activity at this bank then all the others I've tried.
