Subpar customer service from tellers and manager. Don't expect the manager to come out and apologize for their banking mistakes either.

They won't even apologize for their own mistake and taking more money from your account than they should have. They will even go as far as turning the blame around, making you jump through hoops and wait an uncertain amount of time before giving back your money.

Honestly the there only one teller that is actually nice Everytime I go in to deposit money. It's like the tellers get annoyed bc they actually have to work and I was told I was going to have to go home and empty out my piggy bank bc she didn't want to shake the change out 😂😂 I was like really? I've done this like 5 times I'm a waitress I make a lot of change. Stop getting upset because u actually have to do your job lol. I'm gonna close my account soon anyway but wow never had this experience before

I ignored the other negative reviews when selecting a local bank. I thought to myself people are irrational, these are probably frivolous complaints without much merit.
I'm here to say I was wrong. If you want the most frictional banking experience of your life, choose Pinnacle Bank. Otherwise, choose any one of the other various banks in town.
Terrible customer service. Never again.

I have never worked with a bank where the employees care so little about helping me. There is no empathy, just the policy. Susie was so rude and huffed, puffed and giggled her way through closibg my account. Dobt waste your time and money!

so sad one of your teller make me fell small every time i come there to diposit , they never greet me .trow my card towards me and everytime i come she never look at me until she done to my transaction, i always go back home with a heavy heart , i wish i know her name and i want to ask why she is unfriendly to me.

I love Pinnacle Bank, my personal and business accounts are there. They’re so kind, timely, and make you feel comfortable. Lynette Sheldon was an absolute gem to work with. She’s sweet, funny, and fantastic at her job. Thanks for being the best bank around!!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We've always had quick and friendly service at Pinnacle, and with our business we go to Pinnacle every weekday and sometimes on Saturdays so we've had plenty of opportunities to experience all sides but it's always been good.

My wife went in for a visit with a loan officer, she was as rude as they come- Terrible customer service. Went to another local bank, and had a great experience, so I closed my account at Pinnacle, and wont look back. The lady named Ann, said she has been in lending for 30 years, she should retire- She was horrible-

They are disrespectful. The over charge to close an account or Waite so many months that's not right at all. The need to be shut down
