“I went in to Douglas Hardware this morning, and I was very impressed with the help of Zane and another gentleman, I wish I asked for his name too. He was very kind and patient as I was bringing items to the checkout because I couldn't carry them all at one time with two little kiddos at my side. I even accidently dropped the lids once I got there and he was nice to me. These gentleman both had excellent customer service and Zane even helped me to the car with all of my purchases. Zane also beeped my daughters paint color paper for fun, and she loved that!”
