Great museum! High quality displays that you would not expect in a tiny town's museum. And Linda is very knowledgeable and friendly. But my favorite event there is in Sept., when the Colorado Grand stops by for lunch! Wow!

Always pleasant to stop and let the kids stretch their legs at the wonderful park. Disc golf and a wonderful museum make it even better. Clean bathrooms with change stations and shade with picnic tables for gatherings. Definitely love stopping by for a break intensity travels.

Great museum. Depiction of Encampment during it's mining days.
