MJB Animal Clinic
2301 Wasatch Rd, EvanstonOur little, 12+ year old Chihuahua had the misfortune of getting hooked with a barbed fish hook. We arrived at MJB Animal clinic 15 minutes before closing, unannounced. The staff took us in without question to take care of our little one. The Dr. explained exactly what needed to be done and didn't hesitate to help. Because of the stress to our small dog the Dr. had to administer a general anesthesia and because of this required an over night stay. After being reassured that all would be fine, we left her in their most capable hands. Upon arrival the next morning we were very pleasantly surprised to be reunited with our little Chihuahua that has never been away from us for over 12 years. She was scared but in great spirit and obviously, very well taken care of. The bill for such great service was ultra reasonable and more than a bargain for the service that was provided. After we paid and left, we had another amazing surprise. We realized that not only did the Dr. care for the wound, he trimmed our girls claws. (A task easier said than done on a Chihuahua. ) I am most grateful for the amazing service and care that was way above and beyond. Thank you MJB Animal Clinic for being so amazing.
