Unfortunately they didn't understand me, my English isn't very good, but they quickly left me alone. Doesn't matter. I wanted cowboy boots and I bought some... OK selection, found something despite my big feet.

This Boot Barn is the perfect example of customer service.I came into town for work from another state and found myself needing nice dress clothes for the next day.One hour before this location closed I came in and was immediately greeted by Ally, I explained to her my situation and she grabbed another associate named Natalie to assist me and both of these ladies were giving instructions from me with what I needed and what my budget was.They perfectly picked out 1 pair boots, 4 shirts, 2 pair of jeans, a belt, and a hat to give me multiple matching options.I purchased everything they chose for me.They were so sweet, polite, and professional, they both offered the type of customer service that you want to get anywhere you go.I will definitely recommend this Boot Barn to everyone that I know and I will be a return customer for the rest of my time in Gillette.

One staff did ask if I needed assistance after I had been looking for a while. I found what I was looking for on my own. Waited at register for a while however young man waited on me and was great. Got great pair of boots .

Looked like a great selection at a very good price. Good boots are not cheap, and they had a broad selection of mid range priced pairs.

This place is not over crowded and always has some kind of sale going on. The staff is not pushy and does not crowd you or push items off on you. They are always willing to help though. Prices are reasonable considering the area because everything is so expensive anymore. But if you need some new clothes this place is a must stop!!!

Service sucked! Couldnt get eny input on boots. Almost walked out because there was zero customer service! Will never stepfoot in store again! Should not have even spent money there but needed new boots.

I remember why I stopped shopping here. Very rude to me and made me feel stupid for wanting my cash back on an item I got last week, haven't shopped there in 10 years and now I think I remember why.
