“FIVE STARS for LARRY at the counter. He comes to work early first thing in the morning, hit the ground running with several customers already in line waiting for him (disgruntled even) and he handled everything with grace and poise. This is the second time we rented from Hertz at this small regional airport. So this review is X2. Bravo for Hertz, much better than enterprise, which didn't even have a car for us despite us having a reservation.”
