Northwest Auto Repair is an outstanding and fantastic auto shop in Gillette, WY. They offer auto repair, diagnostics, and diesel repair. The mechanics are very nice, very competent, polite, informative, and helpful. They provide great customer service, complete work efficiently and dependably, and fix issues quickly. They quickly diagnose problems, provide reasonable quotes, and bill under the original quote. They are reliable and get customers right in. The price is well worth it and reasonable. Customers highly recommend this shop and will not go anywhere else.
Was on a road trip when the alternater died, they were able to get me going in only a couple hours. Great service! Chevy the cat was quite friendly as well
