I can't recommend and praise Karen at Spectrum enough. She goes above and beyond. Her willingness and care to help her customers is special, especially in these modern times. She helps my whole family and we are extremely grateful. 5 stars for Karen.

For context - service with Spectrum was terrible (cost, outages, speeds, and customer support), but this rating is for the store/site.
Support quality varies widely between reps and it always seems to be backed up whenever you visit. Just getting in the door is rough with their tiny mountain slope of a parking lot.
