This is a great company with wonderful staff, from the girls inside to the techs over the phone to the guys who do the installations. I have ALWAYS had consistently awesome customer support regardless what my issue is, from sales to techs and everyone in between. Visionary always strives to be customer centered.

We live out of town and there hasn’t been a time when out internet has been down. Despite storms and wind and whatever, it’s been up and going.
