“The staff that work here are always friendly and helpful. Today I went in looking for men’s Doc Martin boots but they were out but said they had some unisex docs in the women’s section. When I explained that my transgender son was the one wanting them and he wears a size 10 in women’s the kind lady at the register did not skip a beat and helped me decipher the sizes but wasn’t pushy. Perfect. The prices are reasonable and I like that I earn rewards to use on future purchases. With 5 kids we buy a lot of shoes!”

“My daughter is in Gillette right now for state softball. She left her cleats here at home 8 hours away! She was on the verge of tears with no way to get a pair. I called universal athletic and the man was so kind. He found a pair in her size I paid over the phone and he delivered them to the hotel right away. I appreciate him very much! Thank you for such wonderful customer service. I'll be visiting there this summer to shop for sure!!”

A store employee spent a great deal of time helping me find the correct items to ensure I had a dry and enjoyable time, despite the weathers best attempt to dampen my trip!”
