“45’ RV air shocks malfunctioned while we were in Sundance WY. We called MAD Transportation and Josh was at our location about 90 min later. He diagnosed problem accurately and explained we could not be towed. He worked with Freightliner for a temporary fix so we could drive it to Floyds Truck Repair in Gillette WY. Josh is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. He followed us to Floyds Truck Repair. We are thankful for the truly amazing service of M.A.D. Transportation and our new BFF, Josh!”

“TLDR: Real service that works. No dumb AI's to deal with. Real people to talk to.
I had a tow service performed by them. Here's my short story to help explain my 5 star review. I began by calling Plains Towing first. I used the # provided on Google Maps. It led me to an AI assistant which I'm not a big fan of. I then looked up on their website to see if there was another number to call and there was. I used that and that provided me with an even worse AI to speak to who just made typing noises after I said anything. I called it a dumb clanker and after I said that it just made typing noises. So bad. After I got my service requested from the # on Google Maps, I was told I would be contacted shortly for an ETA. 40+ minutes passed (not shortly) and I was finally told someone was just leaving from Gillette. In that span of 40 minutes I waited, I had already called Dad's Truck & Auto, spoke to a real person who did their job correctly (Jessica) and sent a truck who arrived quicker than what was predicted (shout out to 21 y/o guy with black beard who drives the flatbed).”
