“The lil gal at the McKinley store in Casper told me no she couldn't help me get dogwood off a cart. mind you kibble and bits is hard to find for the small dogs lately. I understand she was a bit swamped. I asked for the mgrs number. He was in Glenrock. I asked if there was a waywe could resolve the problem in some way. he called the gal at the casper store and made a way to get me that 2 bags of dogfood. I was so grateful to them both. The storm rolled in and I was snowed in just like I knew was going to happen 4 ft drifts I was stuck in my house for 4 days. Thanks to them my dogs didn't go without their food. I am so grateful to have their help.. I appreciate you folks going the extra mile for my lil ankle biters. The manager rocks..”
