“My husband and I visited this branch on 5/7/26. We were visiting from New Hampshire, and needed some cash. After using the ATM, we entered the branch to get some smaller bill denominations. We were greeted by a charming young lady, I believe her name was Daniela. She was very accommodating and friendly, instantly making us feel welcome. “While better than the Major Banks, BoJH could do better job servicing its customers. One recent addition to their services is Zelle, which is pretty worthless. They should have saved their money and invested it in something that really offers some advantages to their customers compared to other money transfer programs (Venmo, PayPal). BoJH was recently bought by another corporation and it is going to be interesting to see how it changes its operations, if at all. Stay tuned”
