“I love this bank not only are they super nice but they are very patient when you need anything. I've been using this bank for more than a year and after the pandemic they still were very helpful. I would recommend anybody to use this bank because they don't charge any fees when you use any ATM anywhere in the world....and they allowed you to deposit checks through your phone right away once you open your account. Another big plus is that they're pet friendly.”

“While better than the Major Banks, BoJH could do better job servicing its customers. One recent addition to their services is Zelle, which is pretty worthless. They should have saved their money and invested it in something that really offers some advantages to their customers compared to other money transfer programs (Venmo, PayPal). BoJH was recently bought by another corporation and it is going to be interesting to see how it changes its operations, if at all. Stay tuned”
