We were greeted by a charming young lady, I believe her name was Daniela. She was very accommodating and friendly, instantly making us feel welcome. She happily fulfilled our request and shared her love of the Jackson area. I worked in banks for 30 years and know the importance of excellent customer service. Daniela epitomizes such service. “While better than the Major Banks, BoJH could do better job servicing its customers. One recent addition to their services is Zelle, which is pretty worthless. They should have saved their money and invested it in something that really offers some advantages to their customers compared to other money transfer programs (Venmo, PayPal). BoJH was recently bought by another corporation and it is going to be interesting to see how it changes its operations, if at all. Stay tuned”
