Budget Car Rental at JAC provided a great rental experience for its customers. The process was smooth, with customers only having to wait a few minutes to get the keys to their rental. Many customers were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded vehicle at the same price. The cars were described as clean, low-mileage, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly addressing any issues, such as a low tire, to ensure a positive experience. Customers appreciated the convenient locations, with the rental counter being just steps away from the airport. The return process was also seamless, with a Budget employee on-site to check in the vehicle. Arrived late at 11 pm. Found out I had made a mistake and had booked car for 3 weeks, but from the next day on. Went out of their way to help us out (succesfully)

When I arrived for drop off at 6:15am, before their desk is open, they had staff working in the parking lot accepting vehicle returns.
One star off due to some small damage to the tail light present on car pickup. Otherwise, a good experience.

This is the 2nd time I have had a car issue whilst arriving in Jackson. Budget Rent-a-Car at Jackson Hole Airport has twice now sorted my issue with no fuss or stress. I highly recommend this Budget destination - best I've dealt with by far, two times over.. Far, far greater than Durango Airport....
