“The car was great, though when we picked it up, the vehicle did signal that it needed to be serviced; one of the signal lights was out, the low tire pressure indicator came on, and one of the key fob batteries was dead. We were a little concerned, but the car made it through the nine days of renting it.”

“Our car was brand new and we never had to wait for a shuttle to get to and from the airport. My only complaint is that the car rental station was moved out of the airport to about 25 minutes away and very little effort was put into notifying us of the change after we made our reservation.”

“Great price, Perfect location, right off the plane, 10 steps to the counter, no line, another 20 steps to a perfect vehicle. Same on the return. Could not be happier. Gentleman was there to give me keys and collect right away, answered my questions politely and knowledgeable. What more could I want. Best and easiest rental experience I've had,l and I've been on many trips! The Toyota 4 Runner was an absolutely great vehicle for Jackson, wouldn't get anything else.”

“The Avis at Jackson Hole Airport is great. Vitali was on staff when we showed up to use a car that a friend had left for us but sadly did not work. Vitali went and got us a jumper cable system, stayed around while we unsuccessfully tried to start our car, then helped us to use the app to reserve a car online. He was friendly and helpful after the other rental desks at the airport had been jerks about our situation, so he got our business. Thank you Vitali!”

“Could not add another driver both at the time of online booking or by the phone once the rental was confirmed. You want rentals confirmed to reduce waits yet nowhere in that process can a customer add a driver. As a result my party had to wait 4 hours for me at the airport.”
