“I had a best experience with the Dollar team at Jackson Hole Airport. I accidentally forgot my physical credit card, and I was really worried that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my rental car. The staff took the time to understand my situation and were able to help me complete the rental.
They were patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their kindness saved my Yellowstone trip, and I truly appreciate them going the extra mile to help a traveler in a stressful situation.

“The SUV was as ordered- which does not always happen these days. I had not realized it was a shuttle into Jackson from the airport- my bad. It’s under 30 minutes and a short wait for the shuttle to get from JAC to Thrifty. Shuttles back to the airport r on the hour. Check-in and checkout was super quick and EZ. Overall, it was a great experience. If u r staying in or near Jackson, the off-site locale may b a bonus. I was headed east- opposite of Jackson- so it wasn’t a deal for me.”
“We arrived at a very busy time of the day. They were fully staffed and cleared the line efficiently. Our representative, Liam, was very professional and courteous. They were out of full size vehicles, which we had reserved, but he quickly located an available upgrade for us and got us on our way. I appreciated that he got us seated comfortably for the few minutes we had to wait then came to us to get us our keys. Highly recommend him for his personalized service!”

“Best of the Best! I rarely write reviews however this one is deserving. My online third party reservation was misdated -- meaning I didn't have a car once I arrived. Instead of the rep taking advantage of us, he actually worked out a way to help keep our rental rate as close as possible to our original reservation -- that was pleasant surprise. But wait, there's more..when we dropped off our vehicle while it was raining, rushing, I left a valuable watch inside our SUV. The local crew recovered my watch and made arrangements to ship it to me. That event alone deserved 5 stars!”
“Unbeknown to me I was given a car that ( later I found out ) was an upgrade from original contract. And to my surprise I was charged a lot more than originally thought!! Customer be aware!
I made a correction of my review after realizing that the overcharge was not due to unsolicited upgrade but due to milage. Thank you Budget for your immediate response on tjus matter.”
“I had a car accident while staying in Jackson and needed to exchange the damaged car in order to get home again. It was a rather complicated exchange as the car was originally rented in Vancouver, Canada. Angelina, one of the managers at the Jackson Hole location, was truly an angel. She took care of all the paper work, negotiated the red tape, helped me with the incident report and found me a car which could be driven back to Canada. She was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I am truly grateful Hertz employs people like Angelina... ~Slonicha”
