Easy pickup and drop off. Issue with fuel level but staff was able to refund us for the extra. Overall customer service was very positive!

Arrived late at 11 pm. Found out I had made a mistake and had booked car for 3 weeks, but from the next day on. Went out of their way to help us out (succesfully)
