“I had a car accident while staying in Jackson and needed to exchange the damaged car in order to get home again. It was a rather complicated exchange as the car was originally rented in Vancouver, Canada. Angelina, one of the managers at the Jackson Hole location, was truly an angel. She took care of all the paper work, negotiated the red tape, helped me with the incident report and found me a car which could be driven back to Canada. She was knowledgeable, efficient and kind.
